    Our online course helps trainees, at all levels, to recognise common manual handling hazards, to take action to prevent injuries to themselves and others and to take appropriate precautions to control risks.

    The course also enables the trainee to contribute to the risk assessment process required under the Manual Handling Operations Regulations
